13 Workplace Analytics Every IT Leader Should Track

A recent Gallup survey reported that 63% of American workers are not engaged in their work, while another 24% are "actively disengaged."

A great motivator in employee engagement is an employee’s ability to feel productive in their work. Employees spend a large part of their day, and thus, the bulk of their lives, in their workplace. Working within a culture of productivity and knowing their work is valuable, employees will ultimately find not only job satisfaction, but an environment where they thrive.
