13 Workplace Analytics Every IT Leader Should Track

It’s mid-February and basketball fans are busy speculating about which teams will make the NCAA tournament. Here at EventBoard, we love talking about what the future holds, too: what’s next for the Star Wars franchise; snow conditions at the nearby ski resorts; and yes, March Madness.

But we spend the most time speculating about the future of work. We’re downright geeky about it.

Our product team chats about how new coding, design and data analysis developments will play out. Our support team is always looking down the road, thinking about how to make customers’ experiences with our platform even better. And we all spend a lot of time pondering what the workplace will look like 5, 10 or 20 years from now – and what technology will bring it all together.

Although we like talking amongst ourselves about this stuff, it’s even more fun to find out what our customers and other innovative business leaders think the future holds … which brings us to trade shows.

Last year we attended half a dozen trade shows and this year is shaping up to be just as busy. Just in March, we’re heading to Enterprise Connect in Orlando (March 7-10) and to NMFT in Baltimore (March 22-24).

Enterprise Connect brings corporate IT decision-makers together with vendors, analysts and consultants to focus on the latest trends in the unified communications and collaboration space. The show has been around for 25 years.

This is the first year that EventBoard will have a booth at Enterprise Connect, and it’s safe to say we’re pretty fired up about it. It’ll give us a chance to visit in person with some of our partners in the movement to improve the digital workplace, like Atlassian, Zoom and Blue Jeans.

“We’re also excited to have the opportunity to connect with some of our most progressive customers,” says our VP of Marketing, Brian Bond, who will be in Orlando for Enterprise Connect.

“It’s one more way to be a part of the growing movement around making sure companies are operating effectively and efficiently while giving their employees the best tools and resources for the job.”

If you’re planning to be at Enterprise Connect, stop by and see us! Our booth number is 636.

NFMT 2016

The National Facilities Management and Technology Conference & Exposition (NFMT) was launched in 2001 by the publishers of Building Operating Management and Facility Maintenance Decisions magazines. Today, it offers broad-based education for facilities professionals from every type of organization (government, education, commercial office, healthcare, retail, hospitality, industrial), as well as an expo hall with more than 500 exhibitors.

At our booth, we’ll have two of our most charming sales team members. One of them is Partner Sales Director Dustin McBride.

He says, “This is such an ideal show for EventBoard to get in front of potential customers and also individuals from the design and architectural community.”

“We’ve put together an amazing partner program to provide everything needed to design, propose and deploy the EventBoard solution. We’re looking forward to continuing to build strong relationships in the design community. It’s satisfying to see the light bulb go on as they realize that EventBoard is an incredible solution for their customers.”

Same standing invitation: Please stop by! Our booth number at NFMT is 1413.
