The Teem Room Display app does so much more than other conference room digital signage — because it’s powered by Teem Space Scheduling & Management.
What if there was a way to almost entirely eliminate complaints about meeting rooms not being available when they’re needed? Teem conference room schedule displays can help you put an end to scheduling headaches and keep meetings on track.
Get rid of analog conference room signs that need to be updated constantly. Teem conference room scheduling software, available for iPad or Android tablets, shows live-time availability at-a-glance. Employees can make reservations right from the meeting room display, making it easy to schedule a room on the fly while encouraging spontaneous collaboration.
Teem meeting room display app themes for iPads are totally customizable, with the option for professionally designed themes that match your brand and company culture. You can even incorporate video. Or choose from a dozen standard themes, then add your own background image to personalize each room display. All of our themes offer a clean, user-friendly interface that makes your office stand out from the crowd.Learn More about Custom Themes
Workers can also book a room from their desktop or mobile device, thanks to EventBoard’s seamless integration with popular calendar and email systems such as Exchange, Office 365/Outlook and Google apps. Whereas other conference room scheduling solutions require extensive work to integrate with systems like Exchange, our integrations make deployment easy at any scale.Learn More about Integrations
A few minutes prior to the start of the event, the conference room monitor will display a check-in screen asking someone in the meeting to confirm the booking. If no one checks in, the reservation is automatically removed so that others can utilize the space. It’s one of our most popular features because it enables organizations to squash late start meetings – if people don’t arrive on time to check in, there goes their conference room. Enabling the check-in feature also banishes “zombie” meetings, as we call them around here, which are recurring meetings that were scheduled long ago and then forgotten.Watch the Zombie Meetings Webinar
Having an interactive conference room schedule display means meetings can also be ended early. With a simple tap on the display, the reservation is ended and the room becomes available to other employees who need it. Integration with room sensors or beacons is also possible, which allows the meeting room display to automatically take action related to occupancy.
What if the room someone wants to reserve is already occupied? Employees can use meeting room displays from Teem to find out which other rooms are available, without walking around from room to room, then book an available space anywhere – right from the display they’re currently viewing.
We’ve all been there. Something in the meeting room didn’t work during your presentation, whether it was the TV screen or the videoconferencing service. With our Work Requests feature, report those issues right away from the conference room display, so IT knows what’s on the fritz. Things don’t get fixed if no one knows they’re broken.
This feature allows customers to take their floor plans and have them turned into interactive, isometric maps that show on the conference room displays. Available spaces show up as green, whereas booked spaces are red. Tap on a specific meeting room to see which resources are tied to it, from video conferencing equipment to number of chairs. (Currently Apple Only.)Learn More about Floorplan Maps
There’s no need to walk to each conference room monitor around the office when something needs to be changed. Simply log in to your EventBoard account from any computer, and you can make the changes you need to any device. Although it’s possible to change the settings for each conference room display independently via your account, many of our customers prefer to set preferences at the floor, building or even campus level, which lets the settings trickle down to displays at all lower levels and reduces the time spent on the task.
The feature that we call Broadcasts allows the account administrator to choose to display a specific message on a device’s screen. It’s commonly used to set personalized messages to welcome visitors or to communicate emergency information on the conference room digital signage across the entire office.
Set operating hours for your meeting room displays, allowing them to automatically dim or turn off outside of regular business hours. Being more energy efficient both reduces office overhead and adds to your organization’s sustainability efforts.
Account administrators can turn on Device Alerts, which causes the conference room display to ping the network and an email to go out if the device is offline for a set amount of time.
Choose whether or not displays should show meeting details such as event title, description or attendees.
Administrators can choose a mode that essentially turns the tablet into a kiosk display and prevents display users from quitting the Teem Room Display app.
Each tablet stores only event details for that single calendar, plus the availability of other rooms.
If necessary, it’s possible to remotely de-associate a device from its Teem account, which deletes the calendar info from the device.
