Brandon Holden
Chief Executive Officer
A seasoned software industry executive with over 20 years of experience, Brandon Holden has focused his career on delivering world-class customer experiences by building collaborative, high-performing teams. Most recently, he was Chief Operations Officer at infrastructure monitoring firm LogicMonitor where he was responsible for post-sales operations and overall customer satisfaction. He previously held senior corporate development and revenue operations roles at Dell and cybersecurity firm Forcepoint. Brandon has a deep understanding of the facility and asset sectors, having served as Executive Vice President of Operations at Accruent, and is an alumnus of West Point Military Academy and Harvard Business School.
Kathie Jones
Chief Financial Officer
Kathie Jones is an experienced CFO with a proven track record of leading global financial, legal, and operational organizations. With over 30 years of expertise, she excels in driving operational excellence, overseeing revenue operations, financial planning, and analysis, and managing various business functions. Kathie's extensive experience in M&A deals and building strong relationships with lenders and boards has contributed to her success. She has worked across both public and private equity backed organizations including Dell, TD Bank, Kemet Electronics, Frog Design and Khoros. In her spare time, Kathie is a dedicated mentor with the Ceresa organization, supporting the development of future leaders.
Sean Kearns
Chief Revenue Officer
With 25+ years of tech sales experience, Sean Kearns excels in building enterprise sales teams and driving revenue growth. He led sales operations at Nintex Inc., a global process intelligence and automation software company, and UiPath, a leading RPA provider. At UiPath, he played a key role in their successful IPO and record growth. Sean's 10-year leadership at SAP included positioning core ERP and cloud-based SaaS solutions. Prior to SAP, Kearns spent 15 years in the telecommunications industry and in high growth software companies in leadership positions. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science & English and an MBA from Case Western University.
Meg Swanson
Chief Marketing Officer
With more than 20 years of technology marketing experience, Meg Swanson brings extensive SaaS marketing expertise to her role as Chief Marketing Officer. Meg has led high-performance teams across fintech, corporate real estate, built environment, security, and developer ecosystems. She is passionate about building multi-digit growth by letting the voice of the customer lead the way. Her notable achievements include building strong brand equity and award-winning success in marketing leadership and CMO roles at IBM, Steelcase, AffiniPay, Accruent, and Internet Security Systems. At Eptura™, Meg runs brand, demand generation, partner collaboration, customer marketing, and digital strategy.
Fabrice Martin
Chief Product Officer
Fabrice Martin is passionate about creating and bringing to market world-class products built by innovative, diverse and incredibly talented teams. He has 25+ years of experience in entrepreneurship, product management, marketing, public speaking and enterprise software sales — with specific domain expertise in AI/ML, SaaS/PaaS, data visualization/discovery, business intelligence, experience management, and analytics for marketing and contact center operations. He has previously held leadership positions at MicroStrategy, Verint, Clarabridge and Qualtrics.
Paul Phillips
Chief Technical Officer
Paul is highly experienced in building and managing teams that have engineered systems across multiple sectors for businesses of all sizes, Paul has extensive knowledge of software as a service focusing on data to drive platform, product, and team development, and deliver actionable insights to customers using best in class technologies.
Rachel Sheriff
Chief Customer Officer
Rachel Sheriff is the Chief Customer Officer at Eptura, where she leads the Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Renewals organizations. With a career spanning 25 years, Rachel has been dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences through the use of technology, data, scale, creativity, and often-times moments of "wow." Prior to joining Eptura, Rachel held senior leadership positions at LogicMonitor, Accruent, Bazaarvoice, JWT, and Digitas, gaining valuable experience working with global customers, managing M&A integrations, and navigating complex product suites. Rachel is also a graduate of Vista Equity Partners' High Potential Leadership Program (HPLP) program and served on the board of the Austin Public Library. She resides in Austin, Texas, with her husband and three children.
Carol Howard
Chief People Officer
With more than 25 years of experience in human resources at high-growth technology firms, Carol Howard is known for fostering great company cultures. Most recently, Carol was Chief People Officer at Abrigo, a compliance, credit risk, and lending software company. She has also held HR leadership roles at Spredfast (now Khoros), CompassLearning (now Edgenuity Inc.), Lombardi Software (an IBM company), and Abbott Spine (now Zimmer). She is an alumna of Texas State University and earned her MBA and master’s in organizational leadership and ethics from St. Edward’s University.
James Carder
Chief Information Security Officer
James Carder brings more than 25 years of corporate IT security and consulting for the Fortune 1000 and U.S. Government. Prior to joining Eptura™, James served as Chief Security Officer and VP of LogRhythm Labs where he built the program into a world class security organization. James is a sought-after and frequent speaker at cybersecurity events and is a noted author of several cybersecurity publications. He is an Advisory Board member for the University of Colorado Denver, PlexTrac, TruKno, Coalfire, Circle Systems, Resurface Labs, Cyber Sainik, and the Identity Defined Security Alliance (IDSA); a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP); former ICIT Fellow; and a member of the Forbes Technology Council.
Maurizio Garavello
SVP of Sales, APAC
Maurizio Garavello is a global sales leader with over two decades of leadership experience in the software and cybersecurity industries. Most recently, Maurizio served as Vice President, Asia Pacific at Dynatrace, guiding revenue-generating strategies and delivering exponential business growth. In previous leadership roles at Forcepoint and Websense, he was responsible for global channel management and sales for international business. At Eptura, Maury leverages his expertise to continue driving success and growth in the APAC region.
Brendan McGuire
SVP, Enterprise Sales, North America 
Brendan McGuire is a seasoned sales executive with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams. Brendan helps drive Eptura's North America sales strategy and execution, delivering exceptional value to the company’s expanding customer base. He brings extensive experience in strategic sales planning, customer relationship management, and market expansion from his time as Former Senior Vice President of Global Revenue at Aktana and previous leadership roles at Qualtrics and Clarabridge.
Daniela Streng
SVP of Sales, EMEA
Daniela Streng is an accomplished leader in Enterprise Tech, with a proven track record of driving maximum performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As the SVP Sales International at Invicti Security, the world's leading provider of dynamic web application security solutions, she played a pivotal role in expanding the company's global presence and driving revenue growth. Prior to that, as the VP and GM of EMEA at LogicMonitor, Daniela successfully scaled the company's operations in the region, achieving remarkable sales growth. With an MBA from Regent's University London, she is known for her passion to lead large international sales teams to success.
Mike Sherwood
SVP, Strategic Alliances 
Sherwood is a highly skilled and successful leader with over 25 years of experience leading high-performance sales organizations in the cybersecurity industry. His extensive leadership background includes driving growth in both dynamic start-up environments and established companies, working at organizations with revenues ranging from $1M to $30B. With a deep understanding of channel and strategic alliances, Sherwood’s leadership plays a pivotal role in building long-term partnerships and accelerating Eptura’s growth in the federal sector.
Nicholas Stefanidakis
SVP, Channel and Alliances 
Nicholas Stefanidakis has more than 20 years of experience in the fields of corporate real estate, facility management, and enterprise software deployments. Nick excels at designing effective solutions for complex challenges, leveraging technology, platforms, and best practices and communicating the benefits to key stakeholders. In his role at Eptura, Nick collaborates with and oversees channel partnerships and strategic alliances to promote and support Eptura solution sales and adoption.
Phil Davitt
SVP, Global Professional Services
Phil Davitt is an experienced and accomplished senior leader with over 20 years of experience working with consumers and businesses in the professional services industry. As the Senior Vice President of Global Professional Services at Eptura, Phil is dedicated to ensuring the success of Eptura's clients worldwide, delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. Phil’s commitment to excellence and passion for customer advocacy make him a valuable asset to the team.
Nuala Larkin
SVP Global Customer Support | CX Operations | Supply Chain
Nuala Larkin is a highly accomplished leader with a strong background in global business operations. As Senior Vice President of Global Operations at Eptura, Nuala optimizes cross-functional business processes and oversees technical transformation initiatives to ensure seamless execution and operational excellence. Nuala previously served as Senior Director across multiple areas of responsibility at Forcepoint, including as Senior Director of Product, Strategic Program Management, Customer Success Operations, and Technical Support.

Chief of Staff
Summit Roshan is an accomplished Chief of Staff with a deep understanding of strategic finance and business operations. He brings a wealth of experience in corporate strategy, finance, and operations from previous roles as Senior Vice President, Customer Experience & Business Operations at Anchore and Head of Finance at LogicMonitor. At Eptura, Summit partners with other members of the senior leadership team to drive business growth and enhance performance across the organization.
