Transform your lobby with Teem Visitor Management.
Hosts can pre-register guests and send email invites filled with everything visitors need to know about their upcoming meeting to speed up the check-in process. And when guests arrive, Teem Visitor Management checks them in on an iPad, complete with a customizable welcome screen with photos of your office, your logo, or your city to make sure your brand takes center stage. As soon as a guest checks in, the host is notified via SMS, email, Slack, or HipChat.
Set up different requirements by visitor type such as vendors, family, or interviews. A delivery button even lives on the homescreen so that the check-in process can be skipped and whoever is on deliver duty is notified of the arrival.
Visitors can also create their own photo ID badges. We offer a handful of customized templates to choose from, and the badges can also be customized by your company’s web developer. And with the Aruba ClearPass integration, guests will automatically receive unique and secure wifi credentials for their visit when they arrive.
Know who’s in the building at any given time in case of an emergency, and export that unfiltered data to use for security reports and more. The Visitor Watchlist feature also helps with discreet security checks. If anyone on your watchlist shows up, an email alert is sent out. You can also send data to your existing security platform using webhooks.
Visitors can be required to sign NDAs or other contracts at check-in. These documents can be saved via Box or Dropbox so that you can get rid of paper files while still having convenient access to a list of visitors and their contracts
Teem Visitor Management is part of the Teem platform which means deploying and maintaining your devices is simple. A cloud-based dashboard allows you to easily configure and make changes to each iPad – regardless of where it’s located. And if you use Google SSO or Office 365 SSO, our integrations make it a snap to keep your list of contacts up to date.
Teem Visitor Management is so much more than a quick way for guests to check-in — it also notifies the host, collects documents and NDAs, allows custom visitor types, handle badge printing, and reports on all data you care about, and much more.
