Find out more about the tools available with Teem for monitoring your device health. You will find these options in your Teem dashboard under the Manage → Health. This feature is not available with all subscription levels, see our pricing page for details.
Health Monitoring Settings
Teem monitors the health and status of your displays. If a device fails to check-in within the set wait time, we will send an alert via email about the device status.
To turn on device monitoring you will want to toggle on "Enable Device Monitoring"
You will want to specify an email address where you would like the device alerts to be sent in the "Notify emails" Section.
Wait time is the length of time we will wait to hear from a device before sending an alert, This setting must be 20 minutes or longer.
If you would like one email sent for all devices affected rather than an email for each device you will want to toggle on "Aggregate Health Emails"
Make sure to save your Settings at the bottom of the page.
This section will provide details about your connected calendars and the sync status of those calendars.
This section provides a list view of alerts that have been generated by your devices.
This section will provide the current status of your devices connected to Teem, this includes both Lobbyconnect and Eventboard.
