This metric shows the breakdown of meeting sizes across organizations, providing context for your internal discussions about meeting size and effectiveness.
Meetings with more than six people are less productive than smaller meetings. By watching how meeting size changes, you can better gauge how to adjust how your business operates in order to make meetings as productive as possible.
To get this metric, we add up the number of people invited to meetings for each period, and divide by the total number of meetings in the same period. This does not include no-show or canceled meetings.
